These Terms govern the use of Funded Roll services, evaluation programs, simulated accounts, payments, withdrawals, and trading rules.

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Funded Roll ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") and the user ("Trader", "Client", or "User") who purchases or participates in any evaluation program offered by the Company.
By purchasing or using any Funded Roll services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Funded Roll provides traders with access to simulated trading environments designed to evaluate trading skills and risk management.
2. Company Information
Funded Roll operates under a registered company in Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
The services offered by Funded Roll are evaluation and educational services only and do not constitute investment services, brokerage services, or financial advice.
3. Services Provided
Funded Roll offers simulated trading evaluation programs designed to identify disciplined traders. Available programs include:
- 1-Phase Challenge
- 2-Phase Challenge
- Instant Funding Account
- Flex Account
All trading activities take place in simulated trading accounts that replicate real market conditions. Funded Roll does not accept client deposits for trading or manage client investment funds.
4. Eligibility
To use Funded Roll services you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Provide accurate registration information
- Not reside in restricted jurisdictions
- Agree to comply with all trading rules
The Company reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.
5. Evaluation Programs
5.1 One-Phase Challenge
There is no time limit to complete the challenge.
5.2 Two-Phase Challenge
Traders must pass both phases to receive a funded account.
5.3 Instant Funding Program
Instant Funding accounts provide immediate access to funded trading conditions without completing an evaluation phase. Failure to follow these rules may result in account termination.
5.4 Flex Account
Traders pay $9.99 to start, pass one evaluation phase, then pay the published activation fee before the funded account is issued.

- Arbitrage exploitation
- Latency abuse
- Tick manipulation
- Hedging across multiple accounts
- Use of trading strategies that exploit platform errors
Accounts involved in such activities may be terminated immediately.
7. Fees and Payments
Participation in Funded Roll programs requires a one-time evaluation fee, which varies based on account size. Evaluation fees are used to maintain infrastructure, trading platforms, and operational services.
Unless stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable.
8. Profit Split and Withdrawals
- Evaluation Accounts: 80% profit split for the first 3 payouts, then 90%
- Instant Funding Accounts: 90% profit split from the first payout
Payout schedules and eligibility conditions will be available through the trader dashboard. Funded Roll reserves the right to review trading activity before approving withdrawals.
9. Account Suspension or Termination
Funded Roll reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:
- Trading rules are violated
- Fraud or manipulation is suspected
- The user attempts to exploit the platform
- The account remains inactive for 30 consecutive days
10. Intellectual Property
All software, systems, dashboards, trading infrastructure, and branding used by Funded Roll are the intellectual property of the Company. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute these materials without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Funded Roll shall not be held liable for:
- Technical interruptions
- Internet connectivity failures
- Market data inaccuracies
- Platform outages
Users participate in evaluation programs at their own discretion.
12. Risk Disclosure
Trading financial markets involves significant risk. The simulated trading environment provided by Funded Roll is designed for evaluation purposes only. Past trading performance does not guarantee future results.
13. Restricted Jurisdictions
Funded Roll may restrict access to users located in certain jurisdictions where proprietary trading programs are not permitted. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ajman, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from Funded Roll services shall be resolved under applicable UAE jurisdiction.
15. Amendments
Funded Roll reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the website and become effective immediately upon publication.
