1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for Funded Roll products, evaluation programs, simulated funded accounts, add-ons, upgrades, discounts, and any related services purchased through our website or dashboard.

By purchasing any Funded Roll product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

2. Nature of Our Services

Funded Roll provides access to simulated trading evaluation programs, simulated funded account services, trader dashboards, trading rules, support, and related digital services.

Because access to these services is granted digitally and may begin immediately after purchase, refund eligibility is limited once access has been provided or account credentials have been issued.

3. General Refund Rule

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all fees paid to Funded Roll are non-refundable.

This includes challenge fees, instant funding fees, add-ons, account upgrades, reset fees, platform fees, and any other payments made for access to Funded Roll services.

4. No Refunds After Account Access

Refunds will not be issued once a user has received access to a trading account, dashboard, login credentials, or any part of the purchased service.

This applies whether or not the user has placed a trade, started the challenge, used the account, or completed any activity inside the dashboard.

5. Failed Challenges and Rule Breaches

Refunds will not be provided if a trader fails a challenge, breaches trading rules, violates drawdown limits, breaks prohibited trading rules, or has an account suspended or terminated due to rule violations.

Users are responsible for reviewing and understanding all trading rules before purchasing or participating in a Funded Roll program.

6. Duplicate Payments

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same product or order, please contact support with proof of payment.

Where a genuine duplicate charge is confirmed, Funded Roll may refund the duplicate payment or apply account credit at its discretion.

7. Technical Issues

If a technical issue prevents access to your purchased service, Funded Roll will first attempt to resolve the issue, restore access, or provide a suitable replacement where appropriate.

A technical issue does not automatically qualify for a refund unless Funded Roll determines that the service cannot reasonably be provided.

8. Promotional Offers and Discount Codes

Purchases made using promotional offers, discount codes, launch offers, limited-time deals, affiliate codes, or special campaigns remain subject to this Refund Policy.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after purchase unless Funded Roll chooses to do so at its sole discretion.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a user opens a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal request without contacting Funded Roll support first, Funded Roll reserves the right to suspend the user’s account, dashboard access, trading accounts, payouts, and any active services while the dispute is reviewed.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and restriction from future purchases.

10. Account Termination

If an account is terminated due to fraud, abuse, manipulation, prohibited trading activity, identity issues, payment disputes, or violation of Funded Roll’s Terms and Conditions, no refund will be issued.

11. Refund Requests

To request a refund review, users must contact Funded Roll support at Support@fundedroll.com and include their full name, email address, order details, payment confirmation, and reason for the request.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

12. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, processing times may vary depending on the payment method, payment processor, bank, or card provider.

Funded Roll is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

13. Policy Changes

Funded Roll reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on the website and become effective immediately upon publication.
